Celebrating Our Recent Hires

We are proud to recognize the continued success of three basketball programs led by coaches we've had the privilege to place.

At Arizona State University WBB, Head Coach Molly Miller made an incredible debut. The Sun Devils are currently 22-8, making it the most wins by a head coach in their first-year program history. Way to go, Coach Miller!

Additionally, Binghamton WBB continues to climb its conference standings under Head Coach Mary Grimes. The Bearcats are currently ranked second in the America East Conference, positioning themselves as a promising competitor this season.

We’re also proud to celebrate Coach Mark Byington, who was named to the Naismith College Coach of the Year Award Watch List. Being included in one of the most prestigious honors in college basketball reflects Vanderbilt's MBB growth and the leadership it took to get there.

At RSC, Olivia drives operational leadership for the organization, and plays a pivotal role in building and refining the firms internal structure.

Olivia has led the development and implementation of core operational processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and consistency across the organization. As a primary point of contact for team members, she supports day-to-day operations while prioritizing collaboration and success.

In addition to overseeing internal systems, Olivia manages contracts and RFP processes, supports the firm’s social media efforts, and leads intern program management. Her leadership ensures operational excellence while positioning the firm for continued growth and client success.
